Judy Lonergan
Board of Directors
Judy has earned a BA and BS from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA from IUP. She worked as a teacher in Winchester, Virginia until the birth of her first daughter, Kelly. When Kelly was diagnosed with autism, Judy joined the community as both a parent and advocate. After her family moved back to Pennsylvania, Judy worked at Clelian Heights and Clelian Center in a variety of positions. After Kelly graduated, Judy moved to the Westmoreland County Blind Association as a Program Specialist. Since Judy retired in 2022, she continues to be involved by learning and growing with her daughter as she reaches new milestones, which also means new challenges! Judy enjoys volunteering at various ESCA functions.
