Heather joined ESCA in 2020 after 17 years in the field of Human Services as direct staff and management. She was chosen to fill the Executive Director role in July 2021. Heather has experience in the Mental Health crisis and counseling areas, Developmental Disability experience in Behavior Supports, Management and Training, Program Development, and Certified Investigations. Heather has worked at the executive level for an IDD provider and worked for Allegheny County’s Office of Intellectual Disabilities. Heather is very familiar with IDD/Autism Waiver supports.
