Since August 2020, ESCA has been working with the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania and the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County, (and many other partners noted in the report) on a project supported by the County of Westmoreland, where The Hill Group consulted with us to assess the effectiveness of human services throughout the county and make recommendations for improvement.
This group will now take time to look at and address the findings with the focus on improving and strengthening our Human Services system in Westmoreland County. Please take some time to read about the findings.
