Fundraising Associate

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Associate to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to create, find or identify fundraising ideas, events, or activities. Implement effective fundraising strategies and achieve financial targets. Your responsibilities will include cultivating relationships with donors and sponsors, tracking fundraising performance, researching grants, and writing grant proposals. Additionally, you will develop compelling marketing content and assist in managing the organization’s social media presence across various platforms. You will also support the team with administrative tasks, special projects, and maintaining organized records of fundraising activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field a plus.
  • 2 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing and/or grant writing preferred.
  • Social media marketing experience preferred.
  • Seeking someone with great skills in the areas of communication, organizational and project management, and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work with a small group and independently.

Associate Director

We are looking for an Associate Director who is dedicated to advocating and building inclusive opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Executive Director to oversee ESCA operations, including staff and volunteer supervision, budget management, and compliance with best practices. You’ll triage referrals for advocacy, help execute fundraising events, and develop relationships with individuals, community partners, grantors and donors. Enhancing community connections and maintaining ESCA’s positive reputation is essential. If you have strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, we want to hear from you.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services related field a plus.
