The Blackburn Center will be holding an education program regarding what is an abusive relationship (in conjunction with East Suburban Citizen Advocacy) for individuals to take part in. Attendees will be empowered through learning how to recognize warning signs of abuse as well as understanding how to receive and provide support to those effected by abuse.

Blackburn Center provides services to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes. Services are confidential and available at no cost, and can be sought anonymously.
