ESCA at Spring Spectacular Community Fair – FREE!

We will have a table at the Westmoreland County DS BH EI department’s Spring Spectacular Community Fair. The event is FREE, and will have 10,000 Eggs to hunt! Golden Ticket Prizes! Petting Zoo, Bunny Photo Op, Andy the Ambulance, Food Trucks, Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, Vendor Tables, and MORE!! Drop by and say Hello!
